Great location, just a stone's throw from the metro station 🚇. Also, it's conveniently close to a place called Flor do Imperio, where I enjoyed a good meal a couple of times.

My a single room had modern conveniences, including a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. Really enjoyed a tub in my shared bathroom. The location was marvellous and amazing very near the train station. Also, it was relatively near Atrium Saldanha.
